Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all products, memberships, and event bookings purchased through The Puzzle Maniacs Club (“Website”), operated by QWERTY INK LLP.

1. Service & Event Delivery (Digital)

  • Confirmation: Upon successful booking of an event, workshop, or membership, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS/WhatsApp notification immediately.

  • Ticket Access: Your digital ticket or membership access details will be sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.

  • Support: If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at puzzlesmaniacs@gmail.com.

2. Physical Merchandise Shipping

For any physical products (e.g., Puzzles, Kits, Member Welcome Packs) purchased or claimed as part of a membership:

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of successful payment/redemption.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Mumbai: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

    • Metro Cities: 4–6 business days after dispatch.

    • Rest of India: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Courier Partners: We ship via reputed courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC). You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before payment.

  • Membership kits (if part of a plan) are typically shipped free of charge, unless specified otherwise.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship physical products outside of India.

  • Events and digital memberships can be accessed globally.
