This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all products, memberships, and event bookings purchased through The Puzzle Maniacs Club (“Website”), operated by QWERTY INK LLP.

1. Service & Event Delivery (Digital)

Confirmation: Upon successful booking of an event, workshop, or membership, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS/WhatsApp notification immediately.

Ticket Access: Your digital ticket or membership access details will be sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.

2. Physical Merchandise Shipping
For any physical products (e.g., Puzzles, Kits, Member Welcome Packs) purchased or claimed as part of a membership:

Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of successful payment/redemption.

Delivery Timeline:

Mumbai: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Metro Cities: 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Courier Partners: We ship via reputed courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC). You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before payment.

Membership kits (if part of a plan) are typically shipped free of charge, unless specified otherwise.
