TERMS OF USE 

The Puzzle Maniacs Club (“Club”) is operated by QWERTY INK LLP (“Company”, “QWERTY”, “we”, “our”, “us”), having its registered office at 906, Lodha Supremus, Tulsi Pipe Road, Parel–400013, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The Club offers membership-based services including access to events, community experiences, benefits, perks, and related offerings (“Services”).

Your purchase, subscription, access, or use of any membership plan or Service offered by the Club is subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms refer to and include the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and together form the entire legally binding agreement between you and the Club. We strongly recommend that you read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

By accessing, browsing, purchasing, subscribing, ticking the checkbox, clicking on “I AGREE”, or using the Club or its Services in any manner, you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with payment, subscription, or membership activation.

You understand and agree that the Club may, at its sole discretion, revise, modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Club or its Services following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

 

1. Eligibility & Membership Access

  • You must be 18 years of age or older and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

  • Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or resold.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any membership if eligibility criteria are not met or if misuse is detected.

2. Membership Plans

  • Memberships are offered under multiple tiers including Freemium, Basic, Standard, Premium, Elite, or other plans as displayed on our website or partner platforms.

  • Each tier includes specific benefits, validity periods, and pricing as listed at the time of purchase.

  • Memberships may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing are discretionary, time-bound, and may be withdrawn without prior notice.

 

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other authorized payment gateway partners.

  • By completing a transaction, you authorize the payment gateway and the Club to process one-time or recurring payments, where applicable.

  • Failed or reversed payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of membership benefits until dues are cleared.

  • The Club is not responsible for payment failures, unauthorized transactions, or errors attributable to banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.

4. Member Benefits

  • Benefits vary by membership tier and may include event access, discounts, merchandise, community access, or exclusive experiences.

  • All benefits are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability.

  • Sponsored, complimentary, or partner-led events may require prior registration, booking, or capacity limits.

  • The Club reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any benefit, feature, or perk without prior notice.

  • ​For any physical merchandise, kits, or welcome packs included in the membership, dispatch will be initiated within 3-5 business days of successful registration/renewal via standard courier partners.

 

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed, except in cases of:

    • Duplicate charges

    • Proven technical or gateway errors

  • Members may cancel auto-renewal at any time at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused periods.

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

 

6. Member Obligations & Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Provide accurate and valid personal details, including identification if required for verification (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.).

  • Maintain respectful, lawful, and non-disruptive behavior within Club events, communities, and platforms.

  • Refrain from harassment, abuse, fraud, impersonation, or misuse of Club privileges.
     

The Club reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate memberships without refund for misconduct, policy violations, or illegal activities.

 

7. Events & Community Guidelines

  • Event access is subject to venue capacity, ticketing rules, organizer policies, and safety regulations.

  • Participation in events is at the Member’s own risk.

  • The Club shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage occurring during events, whether online or offline.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Club content including logos, designs, branding, event formats, materials, and communications are the intellectual property of QWERTY INK LLP.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

 

9. Liability & Disclaimer

  • The Club does not guarantee uninterrupted access to benefits, events, or services.

  • We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, modifications, or disruptions caused by third parties or events beyond our control, including force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, or governmental actions).

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club’s total liability shall not exceed the membership fee paid by you for the relevant period.

 

10. Privacy

  • Member data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Payment-related information is handled directly by Razorpay’s secure systems, and the Club does not store sensitive financial data.

 

11. Termination

  • The Club may suspend or terminate memberships with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.

  • Upon termination, all membership rights and benefits cease immediately.

 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
