Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all memberships, subscriptions, event bookings, and merchandise purchases made through Puzzle Maniacs Club (“Club”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by QWERTY INK LLP, having its registered office at 906, Lodha Supremus, Tulsi Pipe Road, Parel–400013, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and forms an integral part of the legally binding agreement between you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) and the Club.
By purchasing a membership, subscribing to any plan, booking an event, or purchasing merchandise through the Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Membership Subscriptions
All membership fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed.
Certain membership plans may auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Members may cancel auto-renewal at any time; however, no partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused periods.

2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
In case of duplicate payments or failed transactions where the amount is debited but membership is not activated, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Event Tickets & Merchandise
For events organized directly by the Club, tickets are non-refundable once booked. However, tickets may be transferred to another person if a request is made at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Merchandise once dispatched cannot be returned or refunded, except for any manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments must be reported to puzzlesmaniacs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days."

4. Cancellation by the Club
If an event, membership benefit, or service is cancelled by Puzzle Maniacs Club for any reason, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
